1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VillageCross mobile application ("App") and associated website (collectively, the "Service"), developed and published by Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia under the IndianAI Google Play Console account ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VillageCross, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App or website.

If you are under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country), you must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

VillageCross is a free, offline, local multiplayer strategy board game for Android devices. The game is played on a 5×5 grid by 4 players. Players take turns placing colored cross (✕) marks to form lines (rows, columns, or diagonals) and outlast their opponents.

Key features of the Service include:

• 4-player local multiplayer gameplay (no online or network multiplayer)
• 5×5 game grid with turn-based mechanics
• Fully offline operation (no internet connection required)
• No account creation or personal data collection within the App

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

VillageCross is rated 4+ and is intended for general audiences. There are no specific age restrictions for playing the App, though children under 13 should use it under parental supervision.

To download the App from the Google Play Store, you must comply with Google Play's Terms of Service, including any age requirements they specify for your region.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install a copy of the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Access and browse the VillageCross website for informational purposes

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or website content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through VillageCross, including but not limited to the App code, game design, graphics, user interface, logos, icons, text, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia / IndianAI and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or website
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use any content from the App or website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on the App or its content

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using VillageCross or our website, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems associated with the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App in any non-standard way
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through any contact forms

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
• Warranties that any defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that the App is compatible with all devices or operating system versions. It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the minimum requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia / IndianAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or game progress
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Device malfunction or damage arising from use of the App
• Interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any harm resulting from your interactions with other users during gameplay

Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as VillageCross is free).

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The App and website may reference or link to third-party services, including the Google Play Store, Google Fonts, and jsDelivr CDN. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies. We encourage you to review them independently.

10. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue VillageCross (or any feature thereof) at any time without prior notice. Updates may be delivered through the Google Play Store and may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to gameplay.

We are not obligated to maintain or provide updates to the App. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified version.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm us or other users.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App does not obligate us to refund any payments (though the App is free).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the state of Maharashtra, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the App or website following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Service.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia / IndianAI regarding the use of VillageCross, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
