By downloading, installing, or using the Paintora application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia, operating under the IndianAI platform ("Developer", "we", "us", "our").
Paintora is a creative painting and craft application provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The App is made available free of charge on the Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
Paintora allows you to create artwork, drawings, and other creative content ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you create using the App.

The Paintora App and all its content, features, and functionality — including the design, graphics, code, and branding — are owned by Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial creative purposes only. User Content you create belongs to you; the App itself belongs to the Developer.
The App may use third-party services such as Google Play Services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOHD RIJVAN KHAN MOGIA OR INDIANAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, OR ANY LOSS OF USER CONTENT.
We strongly recommend saving your artwork regularly to prevent any loss due to technical issues.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
