These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewsExpress mobile application ("App") and the accompanying website ("Site"), developed and maintained by Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia under the IndianAI platform.

By downloading, installing, or using the App in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you should not download or use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, regardless of how they access it or in what capacity they use it.

2. Use of the App

NewsExpress is a news-aggregation and summary application designed to present publicly available news information in condensed, approximately 60-word summaries. The App is made available to users free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

• Download and install the App on your Android device for personal use
• Browse, read, and share news summaries for personal, informational purposes
• Use the offline caching feature to access previously loaded content without an internet connection

You are not permitted to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from any source it accesses
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its content for commercial gain
• Interfere with the App's technical infrastructure or introduce malicious code

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you are responsible for how you use the information provided. News summaries in the App are condensed versions of publicly available reporting and are intended for general informational purposes only. You should:

• Verify important information through original or authoritative sources before acting on it, especially in time-sensitive or high-stakes situations
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws
• Not rely on the App as the sole or definitive source of information for professional, legal, financial, or medical decisions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the App's proprietary elements without prior written permission from the developer.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates or may interact with third-party services to deliver its core functionality. These include, but may not be limited to:

• Google Play Services — Required for App distribution and updates via Google Play Store. Use of Google Play is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• News API Providers — The App sources news content from third-party news aggregation services or APIs. The content accuracy, availability, and completeness depend on those providers.
• Analytics or Crash Reporting Services — These may be used to improve App stability and understand usage patterns in an anonymized form.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

6. App Availability

We aim to keep the App functional and available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia and the IndianAI platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the news content displayed
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Decisions made by you based on information obtained from the App
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using the App. Since the App is free of charge, this limit may be nil.
