By using the App, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
While we strive to provide accurate calculation tools, IndianUtilityHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation result produced by the App.

The Currency Converter uses offline exchange rates bundled within the app. These rates are indicative only and will not reflect real-time market exchange rates. Do not use these figures for actual financial transactions.

All intellectual property rights in IndianUtilityHub — including but not limited to the app's design, code, icons, user interface, tool algorithms, branding, and content — are owned exclusively by Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia and protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
The name "IndianUtilityHub" and the IndianAI platform branding are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorized use of these names or similar names that may create confusion is prohibited.
Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights or license to any intellectual property other than the limited right to use the App as described in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer (Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

IndianUtilityHub is provided free of charge. We do not charge any fees for downloading, installing, or using any of the 29 tools offered in the App. The App is also ad-free and does not include any in-app purchases or subscription models in its current version.
We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in future versions; however, all existing core tools will remain free. Any introduction of paid features will be clearly disclosed and will require your explicit consent.
We may release updates to IndianUtilityHub from time to time through the Google Play Store. Updates may include bug fixes, new tools, UI improvements, or changes to existing tools. By enabling automatic updates on the Play Store, you agree to receive and install such updates.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
IndianUtilityHub is distributed through the Google Play Store, which is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your use of Google Play is subject to those separate agreements.
The App itself does not embed any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in its current form. If this changes in future versions, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of IndianUtilityHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer with respect to IndianUtilityHub and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.
