1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CrickAdda application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia, operating under the IndianAI platform ("Developer", "we", "us", "our").

2. Use of the App

CrickAdda is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a cricket companion application. The App is made available free of charge on the Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Cricket Scores and Match Information

CrickAdda provides cricket score information and match data. Please note:

  • Match scores and data are sourced from third-party providers and may not always be real-time or 100% accurate
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any cricket data displayed
  • Do not rely on CrickAdda scores for any official or commercial purposes
  • Score data is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only

4. Fantasy Team Feature

The fantasy team builder in CrickAdda is provided as a free entertainment feature for cricket fans. It is not a real-money gambling or fantasy sports platform. The following terms apply:

  • Fantasy teams are created for fun and community engagement only
  • No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the fantasy feature
  • Points and rankings within the app are for entertainment purposes only
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or rewards

5. Group Chat and Community Features

CrickAdda includes group chat features for cricket fans. By using these features, you agree to:

  • Not post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harassing
  • Not share content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
  • Not share personal information of others without their consent
  • Not use the chat for spam, advertising, or commercial purposes
  • Not post illegal content or content that violates others' rights

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict chat content that violates these guidelines.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of CrickAdda, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose as a cricket companion
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
  • Not distribute, sublicense, or transfer any rights in the App to any third party
  • Not use the App to scrape, harvest, or collect data for commercial purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The CrickAdda App and all its content, features, and functionality — including the design, graphics, code, and branding — are owned by Mohd Rijvan Khan Mogia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Cricket data and scores are sourced from third parties and remain their respective property.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

CrickAdda may integrate or link to third-party services including cricket data providers, streaming services, and other external platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy or availability of third-party cricket data
  • Content or terms of any linked external streaming services
  • The privacy practices of any third-party services

9. App Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cricket score features depend on third-party data providers and internet connectivity, which we cannot guarantee.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CRICKET SCORES OR MATCH INFORMATION. THE APP IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOHD RIJVAN KHAN MOGIA OR INDIANAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
